Perfectly customisable

The Wahoo KICKR BIKE SHIFT has a 5-point adjustment system. Not only can the desired height of the saddle and handlebars be infinitely adjusted in no time at all. The bike also offers vertical adjustment options for individual components. The adjustment system includes stack (vertical distance between bottom bracket and handlebars or upper edge of the head tube), reach ("length" of the bike or horizontal distance between bottom bracket and upper edge of the head tube), offset (horizontal adjustment of the saddle), saddle height and frame height. This allows you to perfect your riding position and posture on your training device, and to adapt your KICKR BIKE SHIFT to the geometry of your road bike.

The bike is suitable for beginners and, with resistances of up to 2,200 watts, also for professional cyclists. The gear levers can be freely assigned using the Wahoo app. Various simulated circuit types from well-known manufacturers are available.

Innovative and quiet

With the new, innovative magnetic brake and the belt drive system, the bike reacts very quickly to virtual changes in gradient and power. What's more, you can use your KICKR BIKE SHIFT at any time of day without disturbing your neighbours, as the new system makes it particularly quiet. The gearshift allows you to shift into different gears and manually change your incline. The maximum incline simulation is 20%, the maximum gradient -15%.

If you get stuck at a resistance level during an interval training session, Wahoo has come up with something special: ERG Easy Ramp allows you to take a break during your workout without losing time or ending the training programme. As soon as you stop pedalling, the resistance is reduced. When you start pedalling again, the resistance slowly builds up to the target power.

With the KICKR BIKE SHIFT, you can look forward to an indoor workout that mimics riding on the road quite realistically. The riding experience is pleasant and the stability is particularly high.

Compatibility and apps

The demo version of Wahoo X gives you access to the digital training functions of the Wahoo SYSTM and Wahoo RGT apps. The apps offer you structured workouts and training plans to help you achieve quick results and add variety to your training. During the workouts, you can ride virtual routes and simulated races. And all this in your favourite place. Of course, you can also use the bike with cycling apps such as ZWIFT. Thanks to the integrated steering function - implemented by two buttons on the handle - digital races are even more fun. Due to the high measurement accuracy of the wattage (+/-1 % ), the Wahoo KICKR BIKE SHIFT is also approved for ZWIFT Elite races.

A special feature is that the bike has WLAN connectivity, which is not yet available from other manufacturers. It ensures a fast and stable connection with indoor cycling apps. So driving fun is also guaranteed in the virtual environment!

Compatibility with iPhones/iPads with an iOS 13 or newer system or your Android device lets you easily use your phone or tablet as a screen to use Wahoo-X or other apps. You can also use your PC as a screen via WLAN or a direct connection. Popular training apps, such as Zwift, are compatible with the bike.
