Say goodbye to boring home work-outs with Kinomap. It doesn't matter if you are in excellent training condition and would like to follow a Tour de France stage or if you would like a cosy run around on the North Sea coast – the Kinomap app offers you a fun video for all occasions. Over 150.000km of recorded routes are already available and more is added every day. The videos are filmed and uploaded by other users. You can search for a video in the app and it will be played during your work-out. On the main screen you see the video, on another you see the elevation profile and on the third the sattelite view.

The videos operate jointly with the elevation profile. That means, when you go uphill in the video, the resistance of the EX90 is adjusted accordingly. There are also multiplayer sessions happening regularly on selected routes. There you can compete against other users or just experience new route videos.

The EX90 Touch is a crosstrainer that offers smooth adjustment of the stride length. This offers you amazing advantages: One is that you can simulate different running styles with the crosstrainer. With a short stride length you simulate climbing stairs, focussing the work-out on the glutes. If you choose a longer stride, the movement is more like running – making the exercise perfect for weight loss and to improve your performance. The stride length is seamlessly adjusted from 45cm to 65cm.

Another advantage of the stride adjustment is in households with multiple people in which the EX90 Touch is the perfect crosstrainer. When people of different sizes want to exercise on the EX90 Touch, everyone can adjust the stride length to exactly the length that suits them.

The EX90 Touch has fun built-in

The display of the Crosstrainer EX90 Touch is a 10.1 inch touchscreen. The console is connected to the internet via WLAN. Therefore you can, for example, surf on the internet or use one of the pre-installed apps. Along with Kinomap the following apps are also pre-installed: Youtube, Netflix, Spotify, Google Chrome browser and iRoute. So that every entertainment option is covered for your training session.

The touchscreen provides an easy platform to chose which program to use and to set the parameters. Four users can save their training profiles, so that age, weight, etc., doesn't have to be entered at the beginning of every work-out. The cardiostrong Crosstrainer EX90 Touch has 12 programs and the option to control the exercise with your heart rate. So that with the EX90 Touch you can reach your goals faster.

Das Bundle mit Kinomap ist wirklich sinnvoll, da es das Training perfekt individualisiert. Besonders praktisch ist die elektronische Verstellung der Schrittlänge, wodurch die ganze Familie - von den Erwachsenen bis zu den Kindern - super auf dem gerät trainieren kann. Selbst die Kinder haben Spaß daran entdeckt!

Hallo, Das Gerät ist seit 2018 im Betrieb. Ich bin ein großer Mensch 2,05 m und nicht gerad leicht. Ich bin mit dem Cardio Strong immer noch sehr zufrieden quietscht ein bisschen, aber alle Funktionen, die man Brauch sind immer noch verfügbar. Vor allem die Variabilität für große und kleinere Menschen ist sehr hervorzuheben.

Bei der Bestellung wurde ohne Garantie aufgenommen, dass ich alle Lebe und bei der Lieferung auf keinen Fall zuhause sein werde, auch kein Nachbar. Da das Paket nicht witterungsbeständig geliefert wird konnte ich ohne Probleme mit Dachser vereinbaren, dass es IN meiner Garage abgestellt wird. 100 Punkte da alles zufriedenstellend ohne großen Aufwand geklappt hat. Danke dafür

???????????? die beste Entscheidung überhaupt. Wenn Sport Zuhause, dann Crosstrainer mit Kinomap. Die Videos angepasst an die tritt Frequenz ist genial. Habe den Cardiostrong EX90 kostet wirklich Geld aber ist es auch wert!

Etwas Teuer aber gute Investition, da für mehrer Personen nutzbar durch Schrittverstellung, ganz Körper Training, ersetzt somit viele andere Geräte Nimmt von allen bekannten Geräten am wenigstens Platz in Anspruch Sehr gute Verarbeitung, stabil, sehr leise bei Benutzung

Während unserer Recherche im Internet über Crosstrainer sind wir auf Sport-Tiedje in Leipzig gestoßen. Nach der freundlichen und kompetenten Beratung im Ladengeschäft ist uns die Entscheidung für den EX90-PLUS leicht gefallen. Der Preis hat uns zunächst etwas abgeschreckt, aber man bekommt dafür ein grundsolides Gerät, welches einen sehr angenehmen und geräuscharmen Bewegungsablauf bietet. Die verschiedenen Griffpositionen und die stufenlose Schrittlängenverstellung sorgen für Abwechslung und Spaß beim Training.... [Read more]
